ANKURAM INDRADHANUSH (अंकुरम इंद्रधनुष) is conceptualised as a foundation model to ANKURAM program in order to achieve much better results. It is really about sowing the seeds for a better future. The model would first identify those Government Schools where there is a desire for change. Next, our team in collaboration with the available local support would go for limited hand holding with such schools to evolve strategically (by enhancing their capacity on various fronts) and attain a potential to be one of the model schools of state. At this stage, with a sizable number of schools ready to be transformed in a particular district, we will adopt them under ANKURAM program for complete hand holding to bring about complete transformation.
