icareindia arranged regular trips of the widely acclaimed ‘Science Bus’ for over a month to schools selected under the Ankuram programme. We are thankful to Shri Umesh Kumar Rustagi, Project Coordinator of Regional Science city (Lucknow) for making this endeavour a grand success. The intent was to arouse interest in science subjects by catching them young. After all, in the era of Fourth Industrial Revolution, young nations such as India need to prepare their students well in basic sciences. The bus employed audio-visual media and demonstrated many basic scientific instruments to impress upon the young audience that magic and superstitions are fiction.To develop scientific temperament in the government school children, the mini science bus will be the best option. We need at least one mini science bus at district level.
